British Airlines: expanding short- and long-haul routes

November 19th, 2010

The flag carrier of the UK, British Airlines, expands on more than just one front. As far as shorter distances are concerned, it is worth mentioning that the carrier is going to launch 12 services each week connecting Heathrow and Paris Orly as of January 10, 2011. The new services are believed to be advantageous particularly for business travellers.

Secondly, and this is interesting first and foremost for business-class enthusiasts, this British carrier announces a specially configured and equipped Airbus A318 on the non-stop route between London and New York Airport. The flight in question is a business class-only offer for discerning travellers. Among the advantages and conveniences are: internet access on board, excellent lounge facilities and the possibility to check in only 15 minutes before departure.

Should you be interested in any of these offers or the current airfare deals from British Airways, we suggest you go to the carrier’s website.
